Ben Rubin serves as the Associate Director of Precision Medicine at USCF in the Office of Science Policy and Strategy. Prior to this position Ben served as a Science Officer for CIAPM at UCSF from 2018-2019, where he oversaw the selection, execution, and evaluation of demonstration projects, and provided strategy and support to CIAPM and its research and governmental partners. Before joining CIAPM, Rubin directed efforts at Children Now to leverage the science of resilience, toxic stress, and childhood trauma to support multi-sector public policy efforts.

Courtney serves as the Scientific Project Manager in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Science Policy and Strategy and Precision Medicine. Courtney works closely with Keith Yamamoto, PhD, Vice Chancellor of Science Policy and Strategy, where she provides strategic project management for various initiatives including; precision medicine, genomics, research strategy, population health, health equity, institutional operational improvements, local and national research initiatives with focus on projects within the national laboratories and DOE.

Angela serves as Executive Assistant to Keith R. Yamamoto, PhD and assists with special projects in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Science Policy and Strategy, working closely with Ben Rubin, Associate Director, Precision Medicine. Angela began her UC career at the University Office of the President, and had a contract position in the University of California San Francisco Office of the Chancellor. Her background is in client communications, marketing, and project management in the tech and financial services industries.

Nooshin Navidi Latour heads communications for the Vice Chancellor Office for Science Policy and Strategy, UCSF Bakar Institute for Computational Health Sciences Institute (BCHSI) and UCSF Precision Medicine. She was formerly in charge of communications and marketing at the UCSF Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) for several years. Previously, Latour was at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, Bay Area Video Coalition, think tank Next 10, The Japan Times, and a couple of early-stage startups.
